We will take a look at things we can do to cultivate and strengthen the organ that is associated with the spring, the liver. We will also focus on the eyes becasue the liver is connected to the eyes and we will be doing an exercise for vision as well as other movements to cultivate a healthy and strong body.

In this breathwork awakening session, I will be guiding you through a visualization meditation, a sequence of ancient therapeutic breathwork techniques for Intermittent Hypoxic Training (IHT) combined with rhythmic brainwave music that will awaken you to your potential and even heal parts of your body with regular practice. When you breathe consciously you create an electrical flow of energy through your body. You can learn to control this energy flow and direct it for various purposes. When you further combine this with music and rhythms using a brainwave music, magic happens. I will lead you on a breathwork session that will take you away from your mind and into your body, raising your vibrations and leaving you on a natural high with a sense of empowerment and a calm, clear and blissful energy.

Yi Jing Jin – Yi Jin Jing is a relatively intense form of exercise that aims at strengthening the muscles and tendons, promoting strength and flexibility, speed and stamina, balance and coordination of the body.
Shibashi TaiChi/Qigong 1 & 2 – an 18-movement form based on the philosophy of Tai Chi and extracts some of the movements from the Yang style Tai Chi Chuan. Reduce mental stress and physical tension carried in the muscles of the body.
